I believe exercise is meant for everyone. It may not be at the gym, or playing a sport, but that doesn’t even matter. In the end, we all have one thing in common, and that is to better ourselves. Exercising not only improves the body, but the mind as well. Through exercising I believe one can find a balance in the mind, body and soul.
