Philosophy on Exercise
I believe you should work out to live, not live to work out. Fitness should be an enjoyable part of your day and I would never ask someone to do something they genuinely do not want to do. At the end of the day I want my clients to have had fun on their journey to whatever their goals may be.
Personal Interest & Hobbies
I love to work out, I'm always constantly doing something whether it's lifting weights, cycling, running, swimming, or playing team sports with friends. In my downtime I'm a huge nerd with books, video games, and movies.
