I believe that exercising should be something a person wants to do and enjoys doing. It is important to find the type of workouts and exercises that make you want to keep going back for more. A healthy lifestyle is not determined by a number on a scale; but how one feels physically, mentally, and emotionally. Making this a part of your life is very important. I feel that fitness can lead to many positive outcomes in a holistically healthy life.
