Philosophy on Exercise
“I believe that being able to perform correct functional movements and having a proper nutritional plan are some of the keys to a healthy life. Also, I believe having a stable mind set is imperative to allow change in one’s life. Many people believe that practice makes perfect, but that is absolutely not true. Perfect practice makes perfect. Making sure to do the little things right is what makes the big difference. Finally, if there’s no effort, there’s no chance of change. If you want to accomplish a goal, you have to be willing to do something you’ve never done before."
Personal Interest & Hobbies
“Other than having for a passion for exercise and nutrition, I enjoy being with my family and friends, playing & watching sports, helping others, being outdoors, fishing, snorkeling/scuba diving, skydiving, traveling, paintball, watching movies, and volunteering.”
