“I believe that working out should be something that a person wants to partake in, and loves doing. One should not work out because they have to; they should because they want to. Finding the right workout or physical activity is key and there is something out there for everyone. From sports to weight lifting there are countless activities for everyone. Fitness and being in shape is not defined on how one looks or a number on a scale, but more along the lines of how someone is mentally, emotionally, and physically. Incorporating a healthy lifestyle can yield many positive benefits."
Personal Interest & Hobbies
“I enjoy working out in regards to the sport of natural bodybuilding. I enjoy every sport, but my favorite sports are soccer, hockey, and swimming. I cherish my time spent with my family and friends, as well as a nice relaxing beach day."
