Exercise should never be seen as something to be intimidated by; it should be viewed as something fun and for everyone to do. Exercising should be viewed as a get away from all the other stresses going on and an opportunity to do something just for you. My goal is to instill my knowledge on fitness and exercise to help you achieve your health and fitness goals to create a healthier and more active lifestyle.
Personal Interest & Hobbies
I enjoy all sports. I mainly play football and baseball but, I like to golf as well. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and old muscle cars.
