FREE FITNESS ASSESSMENT AND CONSULTATION
The Department of Campus Recreation’s Fitness Assessment program aims to educate and assist students and members in attaining healthy lifestyles through fitness. Tracking your progress and understanding where you stand personally concerning your health can be a powerful tool in attaining your goals or identifying the need for change. Fitness assessments may be flexible and can be tailored to the needs of the individual. The Fitness Assessment and Consultation involves a variety of physical fitness components including but not limited to:
Scheduling an Assessment
Free Fitness Assessments will be scheduled based upon the availability of participants as well as current trainers. Please contact our Assistant Director of Fitness at email@example.com if you would like more information or wish to set-up an appointment for a Fitness Assessment. Participants may also sign-up for a fitness assessment in the Membership Services Office. You can expect to be contacted by a Personal Trainer within 48 hours to set-up your assessment. Please attach this form to your email or turn it into the Membership Services Office.
*Assessments are only offered Monday-Friday from 7am-7pm based upon trainer availability
