FREE FITNESS ASSESSMENT AND CONSULTATION
The Department of Campus Recreation’s Fitness Assessment program aims to educate and assist students and members in attaining healthy lifestyles through fitness. Tracking your progress and understanding where you stand personally concerning your health can be a powerful tool in attaining your goals or identifying the need for change. Fitness assessments may be flexible and can be tailored to the needs of the individual.
