Members may submit their work for possible publication in the highly respected Lambda Alpha Journal. Fifty percent of this journal is reserved to provide a unique opportunity for students to be published on a national level.

Joining Lambda Alpha!

Undergraduate Requirements: must be a currently enrolled FAU student

Be classified by FAU as Junior or Senior

Have completed a minimum of 12 semester hours in Anthropology classes

Have a GPA of not less than 3.0 in Anthropology classes, and 2.5 overall

Graduate Students: must be in good standing with FAU’s Anthropology Dept.

Have a cumulative GPA of not less than 3.25

Faculty Members: in the Anthropology Department are encouraged to join!

For Everyone: a one-time, lifetime national membership fee of $25.00
